This month, we will discuss In Other Words by Jhumpa Lahiri.
In this book, Pulitzer prize winning author Jhumpa Lahiri details her passion project — achieving fluency in Italian. Jhumpa and her family moved to Italy to fully immerse themselves in the culture and the language. In this book, she documents and reflects on her journey to finding a new voice. Her story is presented in both Italian and English, on facing pages.
