August 23, 2022 @ 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

This month, we will read and discuss Orphan Train  by Christina Baker Kline.

We meet in hybrid format.  Come to the library with your mask or join over Zoom.  Fill out the form below to receive the link.

Orphan Train is a powerful novel of upheaval and resilience, of second chances, and unexpected friendship. Between 1854 and 1929, so-called orphan trains ran regularly from the cities of the East Coast to the farmlands of the Midwest, carrying thousands of abandoned children whose fates would be determined by pure luck. — Provided by publisher.   Read more about this book here.
