“King Frost…” is a fun, funny show sung and strummed and featuring multicultural tales of winter. Listeners will sing and chant along, dance a folk dance, laugh and enjoy a Russian story of two girls, one kind, one unkind, a little dog who wants blini, & the mysterious King Frost. Use hand-play to gradually replace spoken words of fallen snow to the silently falling snow in a lovely poem. Snap your fingers to make the sound of icicles. Sing along to songs of the solstice light from different traditions.
