Yoga at the BFL!

We are very pleased to bring Yoga to the BFL! We have several recent graduates from Elements 3 Yoga in Framingham, who are bringing their yogic teachings to the library! With a variety of teachers, participants will get to try out different kinds of yoga!

Registration is required and space is limited – please read further down for important details

A bit about this weeks instructor: 

Chris Tombetta has been practicing yoga consistently for about ten years. One of the many reasons to love yoga is the physical workout but also the spiritual connection that can be felt on the mat. Chris has always enjoyed yoga as a way to deal with stress and find more patience and flexibility off the mat. Chris is a mom to two kids and works for her family business. She enjoys spending time in nature and knitting. In Chris’s flow yoga classes you will find a mix of strengthening and stretching.

Weather permitting, we will be outside, but space for each class is limited. Weekly sign ups will begin the Monday before a class (to be fair to all of our yoga enthusiasts out there!). You can sign up with the form on this page (which will be available on the Monday before) or call the library at 508-653-6730. 

Please bring your own yoga mat and choice of hydration. We will have some yoga blocks, but if you have them, please bring 2 to the class.

You must be 18 or up to participate. You also need to sign our Yoga Waiver – only once but we must have it on file for you to participate in Yoga at the BFL. You can fill it out online HERE or at the library before your first class.
