Do you know the impact of eating a plant-based diet on our environment? Join Certified Health Coach Nancy Wind as she leads a discussion of these questions. Nancy Wind is a Certified Health Coach and 200-hour yoga instructor. She is passionate about seasonal cooking, Ayurveda, and living with the cycles of nature. In 2015, she founded PeaksandPoses Trail Yoga to combine her loves for yoga and the outdoors. Spending time in nature truly soothes the soul and keeps us grounded into the rhythms of nature. Ms. Wind strives to share her passion with others and help them experience a life of connectivity, balance, and flow.
