For Adults!

Yoga at the BFL:

Saturdays, 11:15–12:15 (unless otherwise noted)

Every Saturday, join us for an hour of yoga taught by instructors from Elements 3 Yoga. Weather permitting, we will be outside, but space for each class is limited. Weekly sign ups will begin the Monday before a class (to be fair to all of our yoga enthusiasts out there!). Register on our website for the specific Saturday or call 508-653- 6730 to register. Please bring your own yoga mat, choice of hydration, and yoga blocks if you have them.

Participants must be 18 or older and need to sign our Yoga Waiver. Fill one out here or at the library.
